Why you may ask? Well you are merely renting the wormhole and as such will benefit from the existing infrastructure and the protection of one of the oldest and most established alliances in the game. We currently have over 50 corporations that occupy wormhole space all of whom benefit from our knowledge and as mentioned before protection of your assets and structures.
Your corporation will be given access (via the ACL) to the services and citadels in the wormhole. Simply rent an office and off you go!
