current cyno mechanics are fine, as in the cyno itselfâŚ
I think this an attempt by the OP to provide a way to close a cyno quicker and reducing risk to the pilot lighting said cyno.

Well if you want to argue that it is reduced risk being bound by a cyno for lets say 1,5 minutes with a 50 percent reduction on resistances and reps instead of sitting on a cyno for 5 minutes w/o any debuffs so be it. I am of a different opinion.
