During today’s gameplay, my internet connection suddenly dropped. After reconnecting, I found that there was no way to save my ship—it had already turned into a killmail. This has been really painful for me. I’ve been playing this game for a long time, and after taking a break, I recently returned to this universe. This is the first time I’ve lost a ship because of a network disconnection. I would like to ask if there is any way to appeal this. I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me some advice. Thank you.
Welcome back to Eve…
You could try submitting a support ticket, it may take a while to get a response depending on which category you select…

However, I gotta say getting reimbursed for client side disconnection issues is highly doubtful…

Thank you for your reply. I know the chances are slim, but I still want to try my best to reach out through these channels. After all, for a player like me who just returned to the game, losing a Marauder due to a network issue is just too painful.
Thank you again for providing me with a way to appeal. I truly believe that the EVE community is still a warm and supportive place.
