Hello, I would like to apply the SP to a particular character, but use the genius boost that this pack also comes with on a different character on the same account. Is this item tradeable to where I can do that?

I do not know about this particular pack, but items bought in the store generally go to your accounts redeem queue.
If the pack has multiple individual items like SP or a booster you can redeem those items individually to any character on that account.
You could redeem the SP on one character and the cerebral accellerator on another if both are on the same account.

Also if those items in the redeem queue don’t have the icon for direct character application (small bust with arrow to the head on the left), then you get the items as real items into your hangar and can then just normally trade and contract them to your other character or sell them on the market.
