Gate camping is normal. Itâs rampant in low sec choke points and null sec. Your options are to engage it. Use EvE Gate Check to avoid them. Or get a scout alt.

If people would just read and then engage with the post (or not and just stay quiet) then that would be fine. I am happy to be proved wrong. But people just want to spout off showing everyone how knowledgeable they think they are.
I literally said in the OP that I know when he is there already! Gate Camps are avoidable, you can fit for them or take a different route. This guy knows where I want to go and he is preventing me from going there for hours on end whilst semi-afk. If he wasnât in a Hictor it would not have been possible. Right or wrong I was merely suggesting the possibility that that might not be a great mechanic
