High Sec Freight Unviable - Ganking Is Too Easy

2005?

So you’re telling us that @James_315
Was created after you had become a ganker?

This is the only Search we have in New Eden that is helping us

Here is a descent Tholos build that has a little over 500 DPS and close to 1,000 m/3 cargo volume.

Tholos Covert-Ops Merchantmen

Cenotaph Covert-Ops Merchantmen

Maybe. James didn’t invent highsec ganking, just popularized the permit scam. All I remember about James is that he kicked me out of his ganking channel because I wouldn’t advertise his stupid scam in my bio. No loss, I had other alts in there to keep getting the intel so my haulers would be safe.

Back when I started (shakes cane), Warp to 0 didn’t exist, so ganking was a lot more common when new and lazy haulers/miners landed 15km from where they were warping and had to slow boat in if they didn’t have bookmarks to warp to. You know that invincible and untankable Concord that evading is a violation of the TOS? They weren’t always that way, and I remember why they had to change it.

DON’T YOU Dare spread lies!

/ when you had started concord could be killed!

That then clearly states that it wouldn’t be considered highsec ganking.

/the Yulai Incident and the zombies attacked and destroyed concord.

His character was a couple months old when I lost that Hulk, and had the people who ganked me teach me what they did so I could avoid it in the future.

Yeah, I know this is Heresy for you, but Heresy is why James kicked me out of his channel.

Not killed, but tanked if done properly. Also, if you could complete the gank and warp off before Concord landed on grid, you could avoid losing your ship as well.

By definition, it’s highsec ganking.

MOO was great, weren’t they?

There is zero tolerance for heresy in my channels.

So this was that day you had been shown that had lead you to where you are today!

Praise James

Here ya go, you can use this later.

:innocent:

  • CONCORD being made invulnerable, given firepower/e-war boosts, and being made a kill trigger instead of a functional NPC (“Yulai Incident”)

Aiko, are you shaking with your new channel?

That’s right.

High Sec freighter runs are still viable.

Simply have a few Tholos or Cenotaph escort the freighter while using the Covert Op’s Cloak. When the ship begins to be bumped away from the gate, a few of the escorting breacher destroyers decloak while the rest of the fleet remains far enough away to provide assistance if the gankers show up.

Another Cenotaph fit with Target Painters would decloak and then assist in increasing the signature radius of the attacking gankers that will cause more damage to the attacking gankers.

I like to bubble the gate so gankers can’t even land on grid.

How pathetic does one has to be to fleet kill their own corporate members to pad their kill board?

At least 20% of Aiko’s kills are based on killing ships in her own corporation.

I’m a better antiganker than Dryson!

Since Aiko operates numerous accounts, blockading Aiko in will cause her to waste money.

Intelligence is a complex trait indicated by a variety of cognitive and behavioral factors which are directly related to the use of multiple accounts

Nice try Zaerna, but having multiple video gaming accounts is not the same as having numerous degrees, or accounts, in the real world.

I’d say about equal to someone who has spent two decades complaining about the full PvP part of the full PvP game they play.

Nah, the complainer is definitely the more pathetic of the two.

:person_shrugging:

Hows that horrible cargo hold idea coming?
