Someone should just declare in clear and unambiguous words what the exploit is

how it works

then we can petition the ‘EXPLOIT’ not make endless petitions that may not be a result of the ‘EXPLOIT’ making unnecessary work for GMS

CCP can then publically declare it an exploit

Because of forum rules this is best done on Reddit under a throwaway account. If you think something needs to be declared an exploit, that is unfortunately the place you need to act on it.

Whether we can discuss exploit or not, we can petition ‘the exploit’ , those who know what it is at least-
The answer to the ganker may be ‘if you have to ask, then it probably is, use your judgement and deal with the consequences of that choice’- a response I find reasonable in this setting.

But if the petition states, not I am doing x, is it an exploit, but is X an exploit, because I think it is, and if you don’t let me know either way I am going to carry on petitioning it AS exploit when I see other players using it,
Can we not infer from their answer, even if it is only silence,
that perhaps it is not an exploit?

Because an exploit is taking unfair advantage of mechanics, exploiting them, and this can only be decided by CCP-
and silence is still a response is it not?

Like others have said: limit cargo value, fit bulkheads, make insta-warp bookmarks… My corp CEO got very upset with me when I told him I was flying 12bil worth of BPO’s out of Jita in a Buzzard, but it’s pretty quick and able to cloak - if someone pointed me on undock I was toast but with an undock warp point I was able to warp and cloak before anyone could lock me.

After that, I just hit autopilot and walked away from the computer =) - shout out to Pod Goo Repairman and Arrrrrrgh!

Paraphrasing Gichin Funakoshi, founder of Shohtohkan karate, “The best way to win a fight in a hauler is not to get into the fight at all.” Use your cleverness and your map and its Statistics option to spot and to bypass likely gank points. For example, high sec pipeline trails between trade hubs and Jita. Hang out in the Haulers chat channel, some guys might have some more timely/practical/detailed info. (But be aware that gankers occasionally lurk there too, hoping to somebody will usefully tip their hand. That probably happens seldom enough that the spai-ing is not worth the effort).
