If the gankers know who you are, yes. You have to have a history of mining their tears on the forums first. Once you have a factory of tears, you are able to manufacture anti-ganker modules, sit on a gate at 20 and smack talk them in local. When you like three cloaky ships and continue to target the same one each gank, they will get enraged and leave the system.
The real fun is trolling other platforms you might be watching on a mobile. The data mining social platforms that are basically living data mining environments. Three layers deep; Eve (MMROPG being played) + social platform (must be Live) + numerous actions taking place within the Live. There are basically up to 100 + nodes able to be mined all at once. Eve + a six panel = how many nodes, then within those nodes those are very interactions, some are distractions, such as pets and dogs and immobile plants or a mothers-in-law. The environmental data is mined and converted into a game asset somewhere in a level. The data that is converted is then used to generate game assets in a live game on the social platform that is connected to other accounts and so forth, eventually you build multiple tiers or levels within the social network being played at once by people who have subscribed to Bit Mine, from which you get a royalty from them joining the Mine. When another Live is alerted to your presence and discover you mining, they will be able to interact with your Bit Miner in a Live debate and so forth, the most fun way to bit coin.
This reads like a mash-up of an EVE Online gank-crew story and a pitch for “Bit Mine,” but I can’t tell what you actually want me to produce — there’s no clear format (game design doc? app spec? marketing copy? actual code to run?), and “deploy” doesn’t point at anything concrete I can build from this.
Two things before I write anything:
What deliverable do you want? A pitch doc, a write-up for a forum post, an actual piece of software, something else?
The “mining” concept needs a real spec if it’s software. As written, it describes scraping identifiable info about other people (family members, pets, surroundings) who show up incidentally in someone’s livestream, without their consent, and monetizing that as a subscription product. I’m not going to build a tool that surveils or profiles real, non-consenting third parties captured in someone’s stream — that’s the part I’d need reworked regardless of framing.
If this is really just flavor text / lore for an EVE Online gank-squad brand called “Bit Mine” (smack talk, tears farming, anti-ganker modules, streaming your own PvP content), I’m happy to write that as a fun copy piece — just say so and I’ll draft it.

How many of those anti-ganker modules can you manufacture until demand is satisfied though?
Ganker modules have consistent demand as these modules get destroyed and lost because of CONCORD.
Miner and hauler modules too have consistent demand as these modules get destroyed and lost because of gankers.
Anti-ganking modules however have no such replacement rate as your form of content is to deny content by being present without dying. You build once, and ideally you can then use that fit forever.
I won’t say anti-ganking is a bad idea, in fact I I’d love people to do it.
I do however doubt the anti-ganker fit manufacturing profits that you imply.
