That is what courier contracts are for…

You can use anyone’s structure for mining - as long as the moon is fractured. You won’t have any control or real knowledge as to when it is going to fracture but the option is there. Ninja moon mining it is called. Many don’t like it but I don’t understand it - there is so much ore in one even very short moon drill cycle that most of them are not strip mined. Just the other day some people mined 600K m3 of spod from my moon… do I complain? No. I wouldn’t be able to strip mine it anyway (and got half of it anyway, and no I don’t do it for iskies, I do it cause I can )
I dunno man there’s so much wrong in that idea.
You hit me up in game yet?
Letting others mine your stuff just means less isk for you

That assumes I would mine it in the first place - and I wouldn’t. I got half of the ore from the moon and that was it. I didn’t want to mine more so if someone else gets it is no issue for me – in fact it helps me as they increase supply on the market which drives prices of ores down which in turn increases profits from my industry.
Somewhat true.
I’ve thought of that with Pi
possibly, but usually you will just see someone crying over your vent mining his belt. If he is that bothered by whatever you gonna mine with your vent maybe he should consider having enough miners to mine the belt so fast that almost no one can go in and mine anything.

You don’t get suspect timer so he would have to suicide gank you - at least in hisec.
And if you wanna make any kind of bigger iskies you gotta take some risk.

Or maybe think about how you run missions:
~30 minutes to clear - including salvage, and has about 80M in loot and 9M in salvage. Total isk/h, including travel times - about 170M (if I get two in row, which with this social booster is the case)
EDIT:
Was a bit hasty to write, 16minutes to complete, 38M in loot. No salvaging in this one - but number is in similar ballpark.
If you do it in hisec there’s no flags involved, if the “owner” of a belt takes a pot shot at you for mining “their” belt, they’ll be on the receiving end of Concord’s big stick.
You show as having been part of the community for about 5 months. Back in 2007 when I first started, at 5 months I was already in a battleship running lv4’s, and I had a couple hours per day to game casually in EVE. I even had a fleet of ships from frigates to battlecruisers, as I always kept my old ship+fits in case I lost my current ship. I had even lost a couple of BC’s to low sec PvP by then as well. But all part of “flying what you can afford to lose”.
I am only mentioning this cause it shows the importance of optimizing and streamlining a main income stream, that way you earn enough isk to have enough assets so that you can go out there and take some risks and have some fun. Basically the whole point of EVE.

one could only moon-mine in Low or Null.
Up until fairly recently that was the case.

Do you consider it an improvement for EVE
I’m indifferent, it doesn’t bother me either way. Some see it as an improvement, others see it as a detriment.
I mean welcome to eve isk making, npc killing is pretty much the same everywhere. Personally I prefer burners as you can use smaller faster warping ships and you can use a variety of ships, but it still gets boring after a while as there’s only so many. Also half the time looking at the fitting puzzle is more fun than actually running the content.
I see people talking about the nice loot from combat sites (I assume DED) and how much they can make per hour because of how easy they are to run, but how hard are they to find? If you can run it in 10 minutes and you get 300 mil in loot that sounds great but if you can only find one site in three hours it isn’t as great.
