Eh… pretty hard to evade punishment from players. I can promise you anyone with sec status below zero will be getting pointed and popped in highsec (regular lowsec rules applying basically).
Which sounds damn awesome to me.

This proposal intrigues me…
I have already disproven your drivel about how webbers are faster than suicide tackle in other threads. Please stop making a fool of yourself and stop spamming threads with your false information.
You’ve only ever shown your own lack of experience. It’s always on full display and anyone reading most of your posts should just ignore you and go do it. They’ll see for themselves how empty your comments are.
How does one get more than 5 sec status? I know one can get about 5.3 by doing COSMOS missions, but is a sec status of 10 actually possible?
Anyhow, I don’t find this kind of favoritism good. It’s only a game, but a game shouldn’t promote police favoritism unless it’s for a comedy effect.
Allowing players to grind standing for extra NPC protection is not a very good idea. More safety should come with a trade-off not be something you just accumulate from playing the game. Such a thing favours older, established players who have done the grind putting the new players at disadvantage, and will just encourage everyone to grind the protection as fast as they can. It isn’t interesting game play, but would just become a required step of what you need to do to live in highsec.
I’m all for additional options for safety as long as they come with meaningful trade-offs, and are not so heavily going to advantage the ones that need safety options the least.
So -1.
Am I readin’ this wrong or is it sayin’ CONCORD needs 7 seconds to spawn in a 1.0 ? I can’t make heads or tails out of this, sorry.
Ya’rr provin’ me right. Thanks, mate!
Google…it is your friend.

Agreed and not empty quoting…
This is just bad and OP (see what i did there : - ) should feel bad.
I have a headache this morning, is that sufficient?
It’s a start. Weather, or drinking?
Lack of coffee methinks, 7 cups later and my headache’s gone - can’t stop my leg from bouncing, but meh.
Maybe you should stop drinking coffee for a while. After the withdrawal your body will actually feel much better.
But… coffee… it’s like my one true friend. Always there in the morning to help me drag my ass out of bed.
Not a fan.
First as you know most “victims wounds” are self inflicted; so this is code to essentially fix player error.
But more importantly haulers that are not victims are also not generally high in sec status so making it work by sec status makes no sense.
I think a lot better argument could be made if the sec status was based on the attacker. i.e the lower the sec status of the attacker the more fierce the response.
But like I said, I don’t really see a problem in the first place.
This would overly punish people for legitimate gameplay.
