That really is a little anomalous from everything I know about the Caldari. Usually drinking’s right up there with gambling, from Chief Executive to Laborer.

I have not heard about alcohol free Kaalakiota Peaks Vodka. 
But the way Caldari consume their alcohol is somewhat depressing. I mean, how much vodka have taste? It just burns.
