How can I get omega from an alpha clone on SiSi

So I was messing around on SiSi and all the stuff i wanted to do had to be done with omega.
Can i get omega somehow?

Buy 500 PLEX on the market and apply it to your character. Each PLEX is 100 ISK like other items on the market.
