Itâs not a new map, itâs the old âout of beta mapâ with a new UI. Still as bad as the old beta map for the map itself, and the new UI is a big hit-and-miss.
As for the question: Itâs tucked away nice and completely invisibly in the far right bottom corner.
Funnily, compared to the Old Mapâs flat view, this flat view is not flat at all. Itâs just flattened the actual cluster topography.

This is not what the OP is asking, they were asking about the Dotlan style map that we are getting, which they said at time would come later.

Okay, I didnât think of this as flat view. This dotlan-view would be truely the âabstractâ view that they currently market as flatter view.

As others have stated, it was teased, not released. I believe they said during Q3 or Q4

Q3 coincides with the annual summer holidays at CCP, so I expect Q4 will be more realistic (October-ish).

I deleted Post because I was asking what was the meaning of Q3 and Q4, and then with a google search I found out that it refers to quarters of the year in âEve roadmap 2025ââŚ
Q3 is summer, so nothing really substantial happens. We had the Revenant patch in Q1, Legion in Q2. Q3 will have some patches but we wonât see anything major until Q4 again (not that you could really consider Legion a âmajorâ expansion - because most of what was teased at FanFest will only trickle out in the next 6-8 months).
August and September are Q3 and when the legion major update will happen that will have gold rush, and the other things shown at fanfest
