How do I get this agent to talk to me again?

I accidentally did one too many declines and now she is in the huff. Ran a bunch of Caldari Navy with another agent and you can see I am back over 5 standing so afaik she should be good with me.

I did the log off and clear cache thing too.

What am I missing?

increase your social skills if not maxed, or request an alt to run missions for that agent and share rewards.

Are you omega? You must be omega to even talk to level 4 agents for some time…

you can’t have negative standing with an agent unless you can ask him missions.

Below -2 personal agent standings an agent wont work with you anymore under any circumstances. You have to, as Stefnia said, raise your personal standings with them by skills or sharing rewards. Any standings increases other than their own personal standings wont matter.
