How many skill points are there with all skills maxed out?

I have seen it said it is 510 million, and also 425 million. But as much as I google I cannot figure out which number is correct.

So just to be sure, can someone tell me how many skill points there are with max skills in everything?

I think 425 mil was awhile ago, with triglavian and edencom ships and skills being introduced its probably more so I would say 510 is the logical answer but it might be something other than those 2.

One of the apps is saying 497mil (Eveboard) Looks like it changed at one point and no longer can track sp so I would say >= 497mil.
