I’ve been stuck at mass up plex for last 4~5 months, and I’m really suck at PvP. So I wondering if there are anything faster than level 3 mission to get ISK?
no experience, alone - no way…
or look for a corporation that earns on 4 levels of missions in highsec, or buy an omega and leave this useless work in activities(mining, scanning, 3 missions, 3 abysses, etc.) with rewards of less than 30 million isk.

Abyss. You can do up to tier 4 cruiser as alpha

While not in hisec. exploration is very good income source for low SP
Mining/gas huffing in low sec will get you sorted really quick
just to name only few activates on top of my head
