I find it hard to believe that you can’t find a low sec system anywhere in eve to anchor a citadel without it getting blown up and I live in low sec.
I’m aware it’s difficult in some areas but as someone who has done it previously with only 3 people in Corp I know it can be done you just need to engage brain and be willing to fight for it.
The Orca can haul ~130k m3 and align in 10seconds…possible option for your logi?
Oh it also has an ore hold 400k m3 if I remember?
Is it the wormholes themselves you think would bottleneck you?
