I was also thinking about wars and I thought something that could annoy some scammy highsec CEOs:
If their corp/alliance has taxes and has at least X amount of members altogether, then they should be wardecable
KarmaFleet University university for example, would be wardecable
Because there’s no reason having taxes other than offering structure services and ships if you are on highsec… but most of they just bank the taxes and buy PLEX for themselves while being protected by a non wardeacle front
None of that will ever happen, and wars are going to get severely nerfed again in 2023/2024.

Nothing is going to change.
- Gankers will gank like it’s pre-citadel patch. Gank fleet will loiter in HS POS or deep safe to avoid Faction Navy.
- Abyssal runner will run and never go suspect because CCP gave them an “out”.
- True high-end abyssal runners will have their brick-tanked rescue Orca nearby in case gankers come into system. And maybe a defensive CONCORD pull throwaway Omega alt from their charSlot2 or charSlot3. When they emerge from trace, they simply dock blingboat in Orca.
In the end the game is still Orca-ganking online.

- Security status of -2.0 or below means they cannot tether in 1.0 systems.
- Security status of -2.5 or below means they cannot tether in 0.9 systems.
- Security status of -3.0 or below means they cannot tether in 0.8 systems.

It already has. Many gankers in chats have said that they won’t be continuing their operations because the multi-boxing/financial requirements to continue to do so would now be so high as to nearly be insurmountable.
Also, the mechanics you describe don’t actually work like that.
Now high tier abyssal runners will be flagged as suspect!!!

They’re just going to move to null-sec to run them. The only reason they run them in high-sec today is because there’s extra convenience in being able to sell your loot instantly.

None. It seems many of you don’t understand what HS means. A member of Concord is actually protected by a “high-security” apparatus.
Genuine question, because I do not know: what prevents docking a blingboat in an orca when emerging from abyssal trace?
I know that one can swap ships suspect inside an orca. So here is what I would do,
Gank the orca sitting off the gate.
Sure, but we’re back to “Orca Ganking Online” which is, to me, just status quo. Just now it covers miners and abyssal runners.
Edit to add: CCP just always cops out and can’t commit to “maybe at higher riches/ISK capsuleers should be unconditionally exposed to actual dangers” and make T4+ just flat-out suspect plus only usable in Pochven.
Edit2: Make Eve Online Dangerous Again. Create more CONCORD legal targets in High Sec. Stop with the silly ill-defined cop-out language “legitimate target” in your blog, CCP.
