i have approx 1700 mutated blood, and need to do the 150 items trade for the event track rewards.

i am in highsec, and nearest high sec trader is 27 jumps away.

  1. i would like to avoid making two runs since it is so far from where i am (Arnon IX), is it risky to move approx 140m of value for so many jumps? i know the downside of using autopilot, but also staying on the screen for 27 jumps is so boring (all in highsec). i have a wreathe, or i could use a shuttle/corvette, i have no idea what is better to avoid ganks (if needed)

  2. i am going for the trade only for the reward track, what is the best item to buy with mutated blood that i can then sell for isk (considering i have to buy 150 of them..)

  3. OT: is there an ingame chat i can join for random questions when i play? i created my own corp years ago to avoid paying taxes, so i am playing solo.

damn this event is so grindy, i donā€™t understand how devs can think this is enjoyable.

For that amount you probably just throw them in whatever and go. If it aligns under 2 seconds, great, if not, probably nobody is paying that much attention to you anyway.

Manually piloted gate to gate, your chances of being ganked are right around 0%.

Autopiloted, you have a pretty good chance of making it there alive. North of 50%, Iā€™d say.

not even sure what these things can be traded in for, i have like 5 thousand of them.

so i probably wont even bother trying to get to where they get traded.

i have traded with the blood raider highsec trader, i got a dark blood large armor repairer bpc and a sanguine mtu bpc

your welcome, sadly i only have 1000 or so mutated blood, dark blood rep is 800 mutated blood, mtu is 50, trig star backround is 5000, akoman bpc crate is about 8k

This link has the amount of Mutated Blood Sample required for each item offered by the Tradersā€¦

Your 1700x Mutated Blood Sample is not enough to complete the Event task of 150 tradesā€¦ The cheapest Event Trader item is the ā€˜Decayed Small Remote Armor Repairer Mutaplasmidā€™ for 15x Mutated Blood Sampleā€¦ You would need to have at least 2250x Mutated Blood Sample in order to complete the Event Trade taskā€¦

Mutaplasmidā€™s are used to create Abyssal modules from any tech / meta level of a module that is compatible with that Mutaplasmidā€¦ This link has more info about itā€¦

As for which item is best for selling, guess that depends on your location, the Market and Public Contractsā€¦

I think youā€™d be better off running Class 1 Hollow Outbreak sites to complete the ā€˜Destroy Nullprime Squallsā€™ task and concentrate on getting Mutated Blood Samples for Trader items that you can useā€¦
