How to obtain faction auto-target missiles?

I see faction (Caldari Navy, etc) auto-target missiles offered in the Marketplace, but I can’t find where they are obtained. I looked up the items on the Ellatha website where you can look up items to see which Loyalty stores offer them, and they’re not listed. Are these loot drops only?

I believe they were removed a while back. Those that are left in game are legacy items, when they are gone they are gone.

Ah, that would explain why the ones on the market had stupid high prices. Now it makes sense, thanks!
