I bought the galaxy pack with a wrong account

First of all sorry for my english, isn’t my mother tongue, well guys I recently bought the galaxy pack with a wrong account by accident, I was intended to buy with another but since I name my accounts with a nick plus a number I messed up. Do you know if it’s posible to cancel or tranfer the entire pack to another account? I’m worried for the 3 months of omega, I know that I can transfer the plex and the items by myself. I already send a ticket but I haven’t have a answer yet.

Ticket is the only way to know.

But if you want reassurance, my guess is that everything will be fine. I’ll bet that customer support will have no problem transferring the game time for you if you ask nicely. You will just have to be patient.
