Hello, I can’t see my portrait picture on chat from this computer, I’ve tried from another and it works, I can see, but not in this one.

What can I do to solve this issue on this computer?

If you’re referring to an issue where avatars are the generic outline avatar this is an issue that has been reported to CCP. I find that changing tabs helps with the issue. If this is the issue you’re referring to please file a bug report by pressing F12 and clicking ‘Report Bug’.

Seems I needed to clean my cache ingame, now it’s working.
