On this account, I have the main (this one) and two other toons. The other two are not showing a portrait in the box on the upper left, though they do show when I expand the character sheet. How can I fix this, if possible?
Generally means your client cache is out of sync with the server. You can clear it using the reset tab in the settings window. You can also run an integrity check on the cache from the launcher settings. Last, but not least, you can simply wait - it shouldn’t take more than a few days to synchronize automatically.
