Hi, I have a problem with my character’s clothing, it doesn’t appear in the character customization. Logically, the item is in the station, not inside my ship. I get an icon on the top left that says premium.
Did you open the Character Customization in the same station that your clothing is in and not a different station?
Are the clothes in the main station hangar? I’m not sure if it works if it’s in a container.
Which piece of clothing is it? Maybe you’re looking in the wrong category?
Depends on how you acquire the clothing. I assume you may have bought clothes from the PLEX store in game? Then they will show up in the container down at the bottom of the menubar on the lower left corner. Otherwise clothes bought in the market show up at the station they were sold from, either in the item hangar or corporate deliveries.
Once you have obtained the clothing item you put it on using the T-shirt icon and the item must be in your item hanger at the station.
