I have cargo that is delivery. It’s in my cargo hold and I can’t do anything with it. I left Jit and delivered cargo to low security 25j away. However at the station I got a time out message. It will not deliver the cargo package and now I have a yellow and white box in my cargo hold? What do I do with this box? I have insurance, should I let pirates blow me up with the hope they raid/loot my dead ship. But that’s pawning the problem off on them? If I use my insurance to renew the ship, and if the pirates didn’t loot me, wouldn’t the package just return with my fittings? Any help would be nice.
Insurance does nothing with your cargo, it just gives you an amount of ISK if your ship is destroyed.
What do you mean ‘at the station you got a time out message’? Were you not able to dock?
Is it a player owned structure or an NPC station you’re supposed to deliver to?
- NPC stations have a square icon - you should always be able to dock in them, so try again
- player owned structures are upwell structures and have their own docking rules
If you’re supposed to deliver to a player owned structure and are not allowed to dock you can warp to the structure, rightclick and use the upwell cargo deposit to get your items into the structure even if you aren’t allowed to dock:

No, I docked. I think it must be a glitch? I have never had a package of cargo ever do this before. It just will not accept the delivery and I don’t know why. I am lost as I have delivered thousands of cargo packages. It’s how I make ISK. This really stinks. Is there a way the owner of the station can turn deliveries off after blueprinting and crafting a station?? Are there stations that do not allow deliveries now?
What do I do with this now? I now have someone’s stuff I can’t get rid of? It’s in my cargo hold taking up 1 percent of my space.
Should I contact customer support? Maybe it’s a glitch? I hope they can fix it?
So if I understand correctly it’s a package from a courier contract that you were supposed to deliver to another player in the station or structure that you are docked in?
And you cannot deliver?
Sorry, I don’t really know what’s going on there, but I’ve only done courier contracts a couple of times years ago.
Maybe someone else knows?
Could be a bug, or maybe a scam? Worst case you can open the package and keep the contents for yourself but lose the collateral and payout. But if it’s a scam contract the contents may not be worth anywhere near the collateral.
I put it in a small ship, and let pirates blow me up. It blew up in my ship. That fixed the problem.

Please for the sake of us learn how to proper describe problems that you have. I guess no one here actually understood what your problem was and why it should be fixable by blowing your ship up.
Next time please write down the exact error message or add a screenshot.
In the end we don’t even know if it was a glitch in client communication or if you were the prey of a scammer or even what it meant to have “a yellow and a white box”.

Happy it worked out. Courtier contracts are a valuable tool.
Please use proper termination. “Station” is strictly NPC locations.
“Structure” is what is player made.
I don’t care about crap like that
It helps to know what the f you are talking about.
If you keep saying station then logical people are gonna assume you mean a npc station not a citadel or any upwell structure
