Sure, Snuff thrive on punching down, but a loss for Frat is a win for Eve Online.
this remind me when today i almost wipe out a small hulk fleet by myself ( 4 out 7 + porpoise ) before the guy scramble to warp them off
but they have so much money thanks to certain, totaly friendly ToS, way to make isk that losses like that is just a drop in the bucket
