It is definitely a useful quick reference, but as per the devs its also a bit off the mark(despite at one time being officially CCP sourced).
Generally speaking, I’ve learned to largely use it as a rough guide. There’s also the bit about ‘mininum’ crews being if the ship is only ‘operational’ but not not fitted, so just stuff like life support and base propulsion. The more you put online on the ship, the more crew you need, especially on larger ships

So your one person from the forums I’ve never seen in space, is it some outback location you live or is it time zone problem
