And you specifically stated capital ships earlier which is why I assumed you meant null sec. Caps don’t exist in high.
Congratulations on describing the entirety of recorded Human history. You have been way too coddled by modern life and its false sense of security.
Who cares “human history”? CCP wants to sell a product. If they don’t make it possible for new players to at least see a reasonable chance to challenge other players or groups even if they play the game for years longer, those new players will - en masse - quit as soon as they realize how skeletized the system of power is.
It’s simple business logic: your product has to be attractive. Else you can’t keep your customers paying for it. And the current EVE is simply absolutely unattractive for new players and especially for new groups coming over from other games.

So join a corp as a new player. No one owes you anything just because you’re new. If you want power, go out and earn it. If you want my assets then come and see if you’ve the power to take them from me. This is Eve. You dont deserve anything you’re not strong enough to claim.
