I want to join FW but I dont know with who

I am planning on getting into factionwarfare for a few reasons, mainly excited for the thrill of pvp.
I mainly fly minni ships and was planning on joining said militia because all the loot would be useful to me as I really want to fly the fleet ships as they look amazing.

Where as Caladari front will bring me more glory, lots of combat up there but the LP store is less of what I want and I have been pulling ny hair out for days.

Fly in the more active Gallente militia, sell LP store loot for ISK, use ISK to purchase Republic Fleet ships. Problem solved.
