I have been scammed when buying a character.

I sent 150b isk from my Bibop Sarn character to Tocan Netrow, I have been waiting for some time. Then, the admins closed the topic and advised me to request support.
I have made request to support and I have been waiting more than 10 days but still don’t have any comment from support.
Could you give me some advice on what to do?
Did you submit a ticket? CCP actually takes this particular scam seriously.
I created a ticket as soon as the forum administration warned me. Since then, 10 days have passed, and there is no comment on the ticket.
Give them time or message on the ticket for an update, character trading is a big no no scam if it is legitimate via forums. Unless something else happened.
Just read through that post, waiting is where you are at now, these things can take time, outside of the seller dropping dead the transfer should have been completed. If all is on the legit you will get your isk back and seller will have consequences.
I took every step legally and according to the rules. When 10 days have passed and there are no comments, I started to worry. I don’t know how long such processes should take, so I waited 10 days and decided to consult here. It was a scam, the character had already moved from nps corporation to another and he is ignoring any messages.
If CCP find this is a scam, you will get your isk back and he will have some hefty consequence if not out right banned.
Reach out to the gm that is managing your ticket and ask for an update.

Generally aside from advice already given in the locked thread and this one, there isnt really anything we can do. Youre at the mercy of the GMs. Which im assuming are short staffed due to long wait times on tickets

As for the OP, give CCP some time. They have a lot of aspects to consider and look into.
When I lost my original account info (from 2008), it took them about 2 weeks to recover it for me. And that was after about a week of answering questions to verify that I was indeed the real owner.
It seems like they aren’t doing anything (because they are very quiet about what it is they are doing and don’t keep you in the loop) but they are most likely working on it.
I truly hope you didn’t get scammed on this.

You must wait for Support to investigate and resolve the issue.
