I think OP put me on Ignore. LoL. Too much reality encroaching in his fantasy world where pirates sing Kumbaya and Alliances let just anybody invade the territories they fought hard to secure.
I wonder what OP did during those last 14 years. Just log in, get the rewards and log out I bet. There is no way someone plays a game for 14 years and only now wakes up and smells the bacon.
OP needs to go on Wikipedia and look up Piracy. He can, by the same token, go to EVE University and learn some of the mechanics regarding Alliances and territories.
What he’s likely to do, though, is keep whining.

Let me suggest the Career Agents. They will put you on track for a career in EVE, give you modules, ships and turrets and pay you isk. I did the first mission of the Exploration career today, that’s how I bought my shuttle. A fine ship, believe me.
Have you visited Null yet? Maybe you and I can fleet and explore Null together. I can even buy you a shuttle
