I have tried using both, the skiff is slightly quicker to mine, however is close, similar isk/hour because of maneuverability. I get around 56s cycle time with the endurance, down to around 47s with an orca boost. The yeti implant 03 may be worth a shot if ice is a primary activity. I don’t bother with a dcu either - keep orbiting a rock to sig/ speed tank. Maybe add invulnerable hardener and a em+thermal rig. Ninjas don’t need armour!
I say ditch the salvage drones, load another three combat drones. You can always use the drones to destroy the wrecks, unless you are dead set on salvaging for resale.
