I have some Ice I want to reprocess, but I cant find a structure with Ice bonuses. There used to be one around the Halaima and Uotila ice belts but I can’t find it anymore. Anyone know of one near there?

Isnt there a search function to find structures with certain qualities?
I use the structure function to see the citadels, but they only say Reprocessing. I don’t know how to tell the difference between ore and ice.
