The Icelandair promocode related to Fanfest23 as announced here EVE Fanfest 2023 | 21-23 Sept | Reykjavik, Iceland | EVE Online is not working. Contacted Icelandair as to request more info and Icelandair replied that CCP either has to issue a new code or to request reactivation of the existing code EVEFANFEST23
The conditions of the code were well met with a flight within the flight dates and requested before 5th of December 2022.
Any update on this? I’m having the same problem.
After I contacted icelandair, I called CCP who told me to submit a support ticket. After 10 days, support replied that I had to contact CCP by email, which I did and no answer after about one month yet.
So I bought my tickets without the promocode. What can you do ? Wait, if you wait then prices go up…

Exactly the same thing happened a few years ago when I went, the codes never worked.
