Probably a silly question, but how can I identify the ship a player is flying in his YouTube videos?
Does the UI mention the name of the ship anywhere? It’s very hard to identify the ship as it is just a small blob in the tactical view.
No. You’ll need to leave a comment asking, or skip around in the video for him to show his fitting screen, or maybe his inventory window. Asking in the comments section is probably your best bet. Link it here, too. Someone might tell you!

Ask a veteran player that isn’t some shiter most will identify it for you
Bung us a screenshot of it or a link to the vid and we’ll ID the ship for you.
