In the game, the Chinese input method cannot switch between Chinese and English states

My EVE Online is in maximize window mode, and I am using the Sogou input method. The default state is English, and the shortcut key for switching between Chinese and English is Ctrl+Space. However, when I press this shortcut key in the game, the input method does not switch from English to Chinese.

The shortcut key for stopping the ship in the game is Ctrl+Space. I have changed it, but the issue still persists.

System: Windows 11 23H2.

After my retesting, even if the shortcut key for switching between Chinese and English is set to Shift, this situation still occurs.
