I guess I realized this before I put the last skill booster in, but the Induction skills do not retroactively apply to the timers for SKINR/Paragon jobs already running.
This is somewhat disappointing. It’s my own fault for not trying to a small skill injector first and comparing results. I think it should be retroactive but I can understand how it’s just computed when the job begins.
