I have a small doubt, just like if I buy items in the market with the corp wallet they deposit it in the “hangar” of the corp, if I make different items paying with the corp wallet also deposit them in the “hangar of the corp”?

When you make a purchase with the Corp wallet the items will go into the market deliveries hanger of the station (or structure) you bought them in, where you can move them and place them where you want.
When you make items from a blueprint in a Corp hanger, you specify the hanger you want the output to go into when you are in the industry window. When delivered it will go to that location.
