There is just too much stuff around the acceleration gate in the first room of the mission. The hardest part of the mission is finding the sweet spot where you can activate the gate without bouncing off of objects while trying to initiate warp.

I’ve never had much difficulty with the debris, isn’t the gate locked until you clear the room?
Never had a single issue. Gate just works, no idea what I could even potentially bounce on tbh.

Same problem here. Gila stuck I ended up waiting 3 minutes since she is bouncing all around no matter in what direction.
Yeah, best thing to do is target the drone structure in the first room and blow it up. It doesn’t take much to destroy either.
Well, I always go directly to the gate, never bumped into anything so far.
