It is only fair that (new) players get a proper warning about gankers. I am going to take this to the CSM.
And they will tell you the same thing everyone else has, they already have warnings.

This is completely true legally.
I support the idea that on first interaction a newbro is given the option to escape. Why? because during most initial interactions the new bro is not aware they are a legal target (LEGAL=ACCEPTABLE)

Personally I think that @Hibiki_Kaneko has the right of it. Now, if we had Aura read those rules to new pilots or pointed to them as part of the NPE, would that satisfy your request? The list IS pinned on the forums, which I do not consider third party.

If you have anything semi-nice, thereās a better than even chance that someone else wants it (or wants to see you deprived of it). Iāve even watched players be ganked in rookie ships (where thereās no profit to be earned whatsoever).
