Seems like POCOs need a redesign so they can exist in pvpless space. So maybe among other things they should consume a small amount of fuel no matter where they are and each planet shouldnt be limited to just 1. Keep it simple.
Otherwise exordoum risks being a cringe region with a ton of hacks and stop gaps – That is the biggest risk of this new region. That it ends up feeling cringe for everyone.

I think it’s fine that Exordium does not allow exploitation of it’s low value planets.
This isn’t the first time such a policy exists, Jita doesn’t allow that either.
Once you progress beyond newbie space you can start doing planetary industry just fine.
Or are you saying that POCOs are allowed in Exordium but cannot be attacked? That sounds like an issue.
Id prefer POCOs got designed properly instead
I think CCPFC needs to be very careful adding any unnecessary value to the Exordium region.
PI is one of those resources that the region can easily do without, especially if this avoids a whole mess with war declarations against POCOs.
POCOs relying on war decs for regulation is a bad design imo. Especially now that there is pvpless space. But even if Exord didnt exist the POCO design is still pretty bad

Those planets resources are completely empty. Go and check them out maybe? It will only be an issue if FC ever adds resources to the planets.

This is why the are releasing it without all other stuff yet and not on expansion day, they can’t think of all the edge cases to avoiding the system they put in place where we are really good at it.
