Inventory in "Icons" mode shows a single vertical column until the window is resized

In the station, the Ships and Items displays show a single vertical column of icons in Icon mode. It resets and shows rows and columns correctly if the user resizes the window.

Also noticed that when this happens the “Ships” and “Items” tabs are missing/invisible until I resize the window.
