Im not sure one of the richest players in EVE ever, whom has special dispensations from CCP is a good judge of whether EVE is dying or not.
His ivory tower is among the highest there is.

Not my mode of operation, I have had people try that one with me when in Stain with MD’s and I baited him by rf’ing them and then killed him when he came in to pick them up thinking he was safe. Was funny…, he even ejected but that was because my Sabre was in warp to it, he then had to go get another camping ship and died on the way back. Fun fun fun…

A bit late for that. It’s like some family member who beat you as a kid, comes up to you a couple years later, says “oups sorry”, gives you a candy and offers you more for a few $. Lowsec should stay as it is, as a 800ish systems-sized memorial for how to destroy a part of your game.
