i congratulate you on you enjoying this event… genuinely but a lot don’t and won’t.
i just thought it was a really bad idea to possibly alienate a sizeable chunk of the playerbase with “content” like this event preventing people who pay for their sub just like others from playing the game in their chosen ingame professions…
i mean how dare they… Pfft./

I haven’t engaged much with Crimson and probably won’t but it hasn’t impacted my play style beyond here’s a different kind of hacking site to do.
The gate camps I have to skirt have increased in volume slightly but thankfully their quality remains low 
Not dead but not as healthy as it could be.

yeah your right… people should haul their stuff in shuttles instead so they dont get ganked. 
I love the ‘now imagine that restaurant has 5000 people in it’. So if Eve was ‘dying’ when it had 5000 people in it ( which it did in 2003 ), and it is ‘dying’ when there’s 25-30,000 people in it, I’m guessing there’d still be ‘Eve is dying’ if it had 100,000 people.

It ain’t alive but it ain’t dead either. Peak player count is nothing compared to what it was 7+ years ago and I’d be willing to bet the currently active player count is at least half alts being multi boxed if not more. It’s like a basically almost dead malnourished horse they are forcing to keep racing. A good portion of the remaining player base are trolls and just overall toxic players. If I was a newer player looking at the game I wouldn’t wanna join either lol. They have the option to fix the game and make new people wanna play to help invigorate the player base but I don’t see it happening. Old money is hard to pass up when you can’t see what new money looks like. It’s easier to keep milking that half dead horse for more money over replacing it with a new horse.

is there really 25 - 30k people logging in though…
the average PLEX online sponsored by Visa player has more than 2 accounts some as many as 10+ omega accounts even more in some cases…
so how does this equate to 25 - 30k unique accounts like you claim when the facts you skillfully fail to mention state otherwise regarding unique player accounts.
probably more like 5-8k unique accounts going by all the multiboxing going on… look at the multiboxing thread for a reality check.
