Is it all about pvp?

stop talking to me

Make me.

Show me your fantasy of everything being EVE PvP extending to everything outside of EVE, past, present and future.

Do you think players will stop blowing you up in EVE when you tell them to stop, too?

you are a puppy chasing your tail
running in circles and getting nowhere
you are funny to watch for a couple of minutes but now you are boring

Is that your best shot?

Is this not also EVE PvP by your own definition?

Also, the irony and hypocrisy of you trying to tell me to stop talking to you, when you yourself persist in talking to me.

we are 2 eve players competing in the meta
thats true

yes i am also amazed at how needy for attention you are

Actually they should probably just create that PvE server. I mean it will probably not need a lot of resources because there is no PvP hence no fleet fights.

This would have two advantages:

  • We could send the people crying to the PvE server instead of Hello Kitty Online
  • After 2 months of grinding on the PvE server for no goal other than amassing more than the other PvE guy most people would probably recognize the actual problem and move back to TQ where their grinding at least has an impact in the actual sandbox. Or where they can dream about one day to actually be ready for null

There is no meta competition here.
Just you making ridiculous claims that EVE PvP involves players that left 10yrs ago, or died.

You told me to stop talking to you, yet you persist in talking to me.

That is hypocrisy.
You expect me to follow your demands, but will not do so yourself.

It wont last a month.
They dont realize what they are asking for…

how is it ridiculous when i proved you wrong and you have no argument to counter with

that is not hypocrisy
hypocrisy is when i say i am not going to talk to you but keep talking
i didnt say that i said you should stop talking to me
for some reason you refuse and i can only assume it is because you are needy
as you have nothing of value to post
what is a name for someone who offers nothing and demands attention
i think a troll is a fitting description

No, because there are different regions. And people can fly around to get it at another price anyways by putting ā€œmoar altsā€ (Shh! don’t tell others, because this is the way to win EVE Online) around space. Also they can just decide it’s too expensive and will manufacture it. This opens up the mining (PVE) and manufacturing (PVE) options they have. YES, they CAN do PVP IF THEY WISH but no one has to. ANd yes, tehy can get attacked by both NPC and player pirates but in the end those aren’t really ā€˜hardcore PVP’ but more like npc larpers which can be avoided by changing Environment (time/place).

EVE Online can easily be played as a solo PVE game if you want to. You will need to do a lot of different PVE tasks. And for some parts you will need to have a omega account.

Of course they don’t. This request comes only from people who have absolutely no idea how EVE works. But some people can just not be educated by telling them why they are wrong, maybe they will get it when they experience it.

oh i see
so are you saying my actions are causing other players to inconvenience themselves
having to go further and make extra effort to avoid the effects of my actions
huh

True.
Case in point is JC in this thread.

It depends, in PVE games people had the ability to stand in a doorway blocking others. You could stretch the definition to PVP like you could stretch Miley Cyrus over a Wrecking Ball. I’d like to see people try.

well it isnt an npc blocking the doorway is it

Im stealing this.

do you have a counter argument yet

Why are you still talking at me?

because you refuse to cencede the argument and resort to petty attacks on me

No, it’s a real life player with feelings and opinions. So like I said you could define it as PVP. I guess if the ā€˜receiving player’ does not differentiate it’s just PVE (certainly in their heads).
