yeah, no using alpha accounts simultaneously, but am I allowed to have multiple accounts that have a character skilltraining at the same time

You sure are.

In fact, CCP/PA want you to have as many as you can. It makes their numbers look better and it encourages SP farming which puts a ton of money in their pockets.

Another question: Are you allowed to also use your own recruitment link to recruit an alt ur making?
