The time it takes depends on what kind of ticket it is. Some things are higher priority for them.

I having login issues with Character
CCP’s (internal / external) CS has heavy loads. It can take a while, so training the Patience skillbook is a requirement but they do put in the effort to help. Quite often above & beyond the call of duty.
