Is there a way to export my current route?

I tried using the in game eve “optimize route” feature for 29 jumps. Nope. I was going to try to develop my own.

I know a route can be added using the ESI ( /ui/autopilot/waypoint/).

However “reading” my current route doesn’t seem to be possible. I’m aware of tools like GitHub - evevision/evevision: EVE Online Extended UI however

  1. I don’t know if evevision can read my current route
  2. evevision hasn’t had a commit in 5 years

I already know that the traveling salesman is np hard. I don’t need perfect, I just need “good enough”, there are other algorithms for that.

Always the same route? Make a new note and place all stations or systems on it. Or a new folder for BMs and number each step. Then you must click add waypoint. I see no other way.

Unfortunately these would be arbitrary routes.

If you’re after a I want to collect all the goods I got from a regional market order or I want to scan down all the systems that have a Cosmic Signature in my Agency kind of workflow then it would be easier to read your assets or the map and have your tool generate and set the route.

If you’re specifically after a general solution for manually in-game created routes then the easiest way would probably be to go Autopilot → Manage Route → Select all waypoints → Copy and then parse the text.
