Is there an option to turn off the blinking of the Journal?

Well… Just what the title says! It would be great if it could be turned off… It gets annoying at times… At least for me!

Well… I guess the answer is no! (it would be great if this was possible)

But I have noticed the “Disable blink” on the Neocom. Does this disable all notifications? Including chat? I still want to know if someone is talking to me…
