Greetings, I am fairly experience with the ins and outs of eve and some of its features. But I just found out that “Report ISK Spammer” exist when you right click a name.
I would like to ask, what is the definition of ISK Spamming. I know that scamming is allowed in this game but it seems in contradiction if we talk about ISK Spamming.

That function is there to report bots who offer isk for cash (against the EULA). It has nothing to do with scamming. Only spamming.
If you see someone spamming messages that tell tales of isk for cash use that feature. If not, Don’t.
